PFI Design Manager



Opportunity



An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Design Manager for an International contractor based in Leeds city centre.



The role is suitable for applicants who have experience within the PFI/PPP arena and your previous experience will include managing design developments on design and build projects.



Suitable applicants will have a passion off design, the ability to understand client’s requirements and the ability to manage the process from design proposals on a variety of projects.



You will be involved in a range of education projects ranging from refurbishments schemes to large new design and build developments.

It is essential you have PFI/PPP experience on education projects and are passionate to develop your skill sets and career with a leading contractor.



This is a fantastic opportunity to gain additional experience on PFI BSF projects whilst working on a range of exciting new developments for a company constantly increasing their workload across the UK and abroad.



Salary package

This will be commensurate with experience but to £75,000, package includes company car, fuel card, healthcare, pension scheme and a discretionary bonus.
