• To identify and source vacancies, creating employment and placement opportunities for clients.

• To successfully match clients to the opportunities, ensuring that identified goals are met.



Key Result Areas



• Achieves sustainable contractual job outcome targets.

• Sources suitable employment and /or placement opportunities for clients.

• Through telesales, employer visits, mail shots and other marketing initiatives, develops and maintains records of current and potential employers.

• Conducts one to one interviews with clients prior to, or upon starting on programme.

• Matches clients with vacancies that most closely fit both parties' requirements to maximise satisfaction on both sides.

• Actively promotes the company services to employers, host organisations and partners.

• Ensures equal opportunities and health and safety checks are conducted prior to placements.

• Ensures auditable documentation is completed and filed accordingly.

• Effectively manage the aftercare service to clients on leaving programme

• Ensures that all relevant documentation is completed correctly and in line with contractual deadlines and standards

• Recruits clients onto contracts where applicable e.g. Modern Apprenticeships and NDDP.

• Has a sound knowledge and understanding of the contractual requirements e.g. client attendance and discipline; ensures the companies equal opportunities and health and safety procedures are adhered to

• Seeks commercial opportunities

• Secures repeat business through strong customer relationships

• Roles may vary in some detail between offices and flexibility is a prime requirement of staff.

• Carries out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line management

Requirements:



Must have a full driving licence, their own vehicle and business insurance (may not apply in certain areas)



Qualifications

• Numerate and literate

• Basic health and safety certificate



Experience

• Previous marketing experience, including cold calling and telesales

• Face-to-face negotiating

• Maintaining employer relations

• Interviewing experience
