IT Support Technician



IT Technician required for a local Bradford Company.

The ideal person is required to provide I.T. desktop support to the business and to be able to manage and maintain the Network, Servers and telphony infrastructure.

You will be working within a team of 6 people and reporting to the IT Manager. The main duties include the provision of harware and software support to all users. To manage and monitor all IT incidents. To be able to ensure all clients are responded within target resolution times and defined SLA'S.

management in Active Directory keeping the system up to date with new starters and leavers .
