Customer Service Agent



Job title: Customer Service Agent

Hours: Between 8am – 6pm Mon - Fri, 37.5 Hours Per Week working one Saturday of 8, 9am – 1pm at 1.5 O/T

Area: Elland



Responsibilities



The successful candidate will be asked to:



• Send letters and welcome packs to clients.

• Handle queries of payments and deliveries.

• Taking card payments over the phone.

• Set up direct debits.

• Answer phone calls.

• Book appointments for sales.



All training is provided including 4 weeks mentoring and a uniform is provided after a probation period
